Design and construction describes the process of taking your project vision from concept to completion in-house with FCC as your Builder. We often tender on projects which are designed and approved prior to coming to us, and we will always do so, however we specialise in offering our Customer’s the benefit of our many years of experience and track record in the industrial construction sector in the form of Design and Construct project management.
FCC has a design drafting and estimating team who are able to take your existing or greenfield site and project concept through the design. From the budgeting and authorities approval stages, then on to construction management to ultimately hand over to you a completed facility designed and customised to your particular needs, reducing the hassle and time consuming process of engaging project participants yourself.
